- Ingredients:
- 8 oz (225g) gluten free rotini pasta, cooked and cooled
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup diced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1cup dairy free sour cream
- 1/2. cup vegan mayo
- 2 tablespoons Sassy ranch seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Instructions:
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, red bell pepper, and red onion.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the Sassy ranch, mayo, and sour cream.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss until everything is well coated.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. Enjoy!
